Condominiums may be the answer. The upkeep of condominiums is taken care of by a management company employed by your homeowner board of directors. This elected group of owners within your association is responsible for the overall management of your condominium association. They interview and hire management companies, prepare and review financials, enforce and revise rules and regulations and organize a homeowner association meeting every year. This allows condominium owners to enjoy their vacation time in Summit County.
Some real estate buyers relocate to Summit County for employment, retirement or a lifestyle change and are good candidates for a single family home. Home considerations include location, style, views, garage, lawn for children/pets, size, and condition of home.
